A message to our customers.


Following the Prime Ministers statement on the evening of Monday 23rd March 2020 we closed our branches and this remains the case. In order to support the national effort to contain the coronavirus (COVID-19) our branches will remain closed until further notice.


However, we want to reassure our customers that PBL Exchange (UK) ltd remains focused on ensuring that they can continue to send money to their family, friends and loved ones. We know how important it is to provide safety and support to those close to us during these times and we are working hard here at PBL Exchange (UK) ltd to ensure the health and safety of our employees, communities and their families.


Despite these uncertain times, PBL Exchange (UK) ltd continues to remain open for business - as a technology led business our teams can work remotely with ease. We are working closely with our pay-out partners and our Parent Company Prime Bank to minimize the impact of any disruptions on our customers.

Despite its Branch closure, PBL Exchange UK will remain operational, and avail its service to its registered customers via Telephone service. Call our Branches, our customer service team are ready to help you as always.

Registered customers will be able to make money transfer with a simple phone call. Transactions from new customers will not be accepted unless you can provide a certified ID.
